After-Workout Smoothie

Replenish your body with this great tasting fruit drink.

Ingredients :

1 halved cup fresh strawberries
2 cut up fresh apricot
2 bananas
6 ounce fresh raspberries
1 cup low-fat milk


Method : 

1. Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth, and enjoy!
