Indian Salad Recipe : Corn Salad

Corn Salad

Serves / Makes : 4
 
Ingredients :
Fresh corn Kernels- 1 cup
Cucumber- 1/2 cup
Bean Sprouts- 1/2 cup
Capsicum- 1/2 cup
Salt- As Required
Pepper powder
 
Method :
1.   Boil the fresh corn kernel with a pinch of salt.
2.   Chop cucumber, capsicums in smal cubes.
3.   Add bean sprouts and the chopped veggies to the corn.
4.   Add required salt and pepper and mix the contents.
