Indian Breakfast Recipes - Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

4 large bread slices
1 celery stick, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 medium mushrooms, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
8 pitted olives, halved
1/4 capsicum, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic-ginger paste
1 green chili, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp mustard sauce
Pinch Italian seasoning
Shredded cheese
1 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste

Method:

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chili till brown.
Add all the vegetables, salt and sauté for 5 mins.
Mix tomato sauce, mustard sauce, Italian seasoning and spread on the bread slices.
Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly on them.
Sprinkle shredded cheese liberally.
Bake in a preheated oven at 300 F on the lower level rack till the cheese melts.
Serve with Espresso coffee or hot milk shake.
