Children's Favourite Cookies

Preparation Time : 10 min Cooking Time : 20 min Serves / Makes : 25

Ingredients :

Cornflakes 140 gms Maida 28o gms Baking soda 3 gms Baking powder 5 gms Butter or ghee 250 gms Salt one pinch Sugar 180 gms Vanilla essence 7 ml Chocolate chips 450 gms

Method :

1.   Grind corn flakes coaresely and keep aside. 2.   Place butter and sugar in a bowl and cream it untill fluffy and smooth. 3.   Mix maida ,baking powder, baking soda,salt and mix into the above mixture. 4.   Add cornflakes and chocolatechips and mix. 5.   Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degree till light brown in colour.
