Aioli Sauce Recipe

AIOLI SAUCE


Ingredients :


6 large cloves garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt to taste


Method :


Process all the ingredients in a blender


Store in an airtight jar in a refrigerator.


Makes one cup.
