Fruit n’ Yogurt Protein Shake Recipe



Ingredients :


1 cup strawberries


½ cup of orange juice


1 cup low fat yogurt, vanilla flavor


1½ cups skim milk


2 scoops whey protein powder


1 tbsp honey



Method :

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
