Indian Non-Vegetarian Recipes - Murgh Makhani

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4-6

Ingredients :

1 Tandoori Chicken, cut into 8-10 pieces

For the Makhani Sauce :

4 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 Tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 Tomatoes, pureed
2 Green Chillies, deseeded and sliced
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
½ Cup Fresh Cream

Method :

1. Heat the butter in a wok, remove from heat, Add the red chilli powder, Stir and return to medium heat.

2. Add the sliced tomatoes, Cook until the gravy thickens and the tomatoes are soft.

3. Add the remaining ingredients (except the cream) and gently cook until the sauce thickens further.

4. Add the chicken pieces & cream to the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Sprinkle with chopped green coriander and serve.
